Late payment fee

If you exceed thirty days after the invoice due date, you will be charged an $20.00 late payment fee. A "Invoice Payment Reminder" will be sent to your email address.

Refunds

There are no refunds or credits, after an invoice is generated, unless an invoice for a service is generated after a cancellation requested is submitted.
